History of construction
On July 16, 1955, the Fifth District of Jinzhou City was renamed Baigu district.
On June 22, 1956, Baigu district was abolished, and the original administrative region was directly under the municipal government.
In 1993, Baigu village committee of Taihe District was assigned to Liuhua street of Linghe District, Jintun village committee was assigned to Tiexin street of Linghe District, and two streets of Liuhua and Tiexin were merged into Baigu street.
In May 2011, it was renamed Zijing street.
