Kangning street, belonging to Linghe District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Linghe District, adjacent to Shenshan railway in the East, Jincheng railway in the south, Aimin street in the West and majiawazi street in the north, with a total area of 1 square kilometers.
In 1938, it was Wenjiu street, Yuanzhi street, Datong Street and Kant street. In August 1981, it was separated from Tiexin street and named Kangning street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Kangning street was 36189. As of June 2020, Kangning street has jurisdiction over 13 communities and its sub district office is located at No. 50, Kangning lane.

History of construction
In 1938, it was Wenjiu street, Yuanzhi street, Datong Street and Kant street.
In June 1949, labor insurance street was built, belonging to the third district.
In 1951, it was assigned to the Fourth District of Jinzhou City.
In January 1956, it belongs to Jintie district. After that, the jurisdiction of labor protection street and Zhengda street were divided several times, and finally merged into Tiexin street.
In August 1981, Tiexin street was separated and named Kangning street.
