Huangtukan town
Huangtukan Town, under the jurisdiction of Donggang City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Donggang City, adjacent to Yiquan town in the East, facing Gushan town across Dayang River in the West and Longwangmiao town and Xiaodianzi town in the north, with an area of 103.96 square kilometers.
In the early Republic of China, it was subordinate to Fengcheng County; on January 11, 1985, huangtukan town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Loess township was 25019. As of June 2020, huangtukan town has 13 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of huangtukan town was 34.214 million yuan, an increase of 52.7% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 40 industrial enterprises in huangtukan Town, including one above scale and 16 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the early Republic of China, it belonged to Fengcheng county.
In December 1937, it was subordinate to Longwangmiao District of Anton county.
In 1945, Anton county was liberated and huangtukan district was set up.
In July 1946, it was transferred to Gushan county.
In July 1949, it was transferred to Anton county.
In May 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and huangtukan and shihuiyao townships were set up; in September of the same year, they were merged into Longwangmiao commune.
In August 1961, huangtukan commune was set up from Longwangmiao commune.
In September 1983, huangtukan township was established.
On January 11, 1985, huangtukan town was established.
