Shangjiahe Town

Shangjiahe Town, subordinate to Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, bordering Muqi town in the East, Muqi town and tangtu Manchu Township in Fushun County in the south, Shangma Township in Fushun County in the west, nanzamu town and Hongtoushan town in Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County in the north. It covers an area of 267.18 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the upper Jiahe town was 16113.

From May 1951 to February 1956, it belongs to Muqi district. On May 1, 1961, Shangjiahe commune was established. In April 1967, Shangjiahe Revolutionary Committee was established. In November 1984, Shangjiahe township was transformed into a town. As of June 2020, Shangjiahe Town has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages, and its people's government is located at 129 Hanwang Road, Shangjiahe Town.

From February 1946 to February 1947, it belongs to Fushun County, known as Suhe district.

From May 1951 to February 1956, it belongs to Muqi district.

On October 1, 1958, the red flag commune was established, and the original three administrative townships of Shangjiahe were changed into three administrative areas, namely maldun, Shangjiahe and nanjiahe.
