Haiyangdao Town, subordinate to Changhai County, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of the Yellow Sea and the southeast border of Changhai County. In March 1956, Haiyang township was built. In September 1958, Haiyang rural reform commune was established. In October 1983, Haiyang commune was transformed into a township.
