On the basis of stabilizing agriculture, they vigorously optimized the development environment and supported the development and growth of enterprises. They learned that the local villagers obstructed the recruitment and production of the enterprise with all kinds of excuses, which seriously affected the development of the enterprise. After learning of this situation, the Township immediately organized personnel to comprehensively renovate the villages around the enterprise, and assigned cadres to the enterprise. At the same time, the township has also made "three rules" with the enterprises: supporting services such as water and electricity are provided by the government, disputes between villagers and enterprises are fully coordinated by the government, and no one is allowed to interfere with the production of enterprises with any excuse. As a result, the enterprise's production environment has been completely improved, and the investors are full of confidence. On the basis of the original investment, they have invested more than 10 million yuan. The enterprise's production is booming, and the enterprise paid more than 4.8 million yuan in taxes that year. at the same time of tapping the potential, the township took the initiative to attract investment and enhance the potential of economic development. In 2008, the township successfully introduced Haoxin copper company and settled in Guixi Industrial Park. In September, the company was completed and put into operation. Within three months, the company not only paid taxes to Guixi City, but also paid more than 2.9 million yuan to Baitian township finance. sufficient financial support has laid a solid foundation for the development of social undertakings in Baitian Township and made farmers feel the real benefits. In 2008, the township paved 31 kilometers of cement road for rural roads, and seven village committees of the township got through the cement road. They actively supported the development of "one village, one product" in accordance with local conditions. At present, the township has developed more than 500 mu of bamboo shoots and mushrooms, 300 mu of thunder bamboo, 28000 mu of slash pine, etc. in the construction of new rural villages, the township invested hundreds of thousands of yuan to support Puyuan village and other two villages to carry out new rural construction, and the village has a long history At the same time, the township also increased investment, enhanced the infrastructure construction of the town, and re planned Baitian township to add momentum to economic development.
