Kuiying Street
Kuiying street, belonging to Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle and west of the middle mountain area. Kuiying street and Kunming Street are the new streets, covering an area of 5.75 square kilometers.
On December 2, 2019, Kunming Street and kuiying Street will be abolished and kuiying Street will be re established. The original two streets will be taken as the new streets. In late 2019, the population of 83 thousand and 282 households in Kui Ying Street registered residence. As of June 2020, kuiying street has jurisdiction over 14 communities, and its sub district office is located at No. 9 kuiying street.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Kunming Street was 132.6 million yuan, an increase of 18% over the previous year.
Historical evolution
Original Kunming Street
Before liberation, Kunming Street belonged to the eastern section of Dalian service center of the Japanese puppet Guandong state department.
In August 1946, the Zhongshan District Committee of the Communist Party of China established Huifeng, Huizhong, Tongxin and Zhenli.
In March 1949, Huifeng was renamed Ye Ting, Huizhong Huachang, Tongxin Helong and Zhenli Quanye.
In September 1949, Ye Ting changed his name to Kunming, he long to Wuhan, and Quan ye to Huachang.
At the end of 1949, wuchangfang was merged into Kunming Fang.
In 1953, wuchangfang was reestablished, and its office was changed into a neighborhood committee.
In 1954, Wuchang Street was merged into Kunming Street and Wuhan Street into Huachang street.
In the spring of 1959, Kunming Street was merged into Jiefang street.
In September 1962, Kunming and Huachang were separated from qingniwa bridge and merged into Kunming Street, belonging to Zhongshan District.
In July 1968, the neighborhood committee was transformed into a revolutionary committee.
In September 1969, Kunming Street was transformed into a commune.
In November 1978, it was changed to Kunming Street.
Kuiying Street
During the period of tsarist Russian colonial rule, it belonged to the tiger beach area.
At the beginning of the Japanese invaders' rule, it belonged to the tiger beach society.
In March 1946, the Lingqian district government of the Communist Party of China was established.
In June 1946, democratic reform teams were sent to kuiying.
In 1946, chuyin town in LvDa area was changed to kuiying street.
In June of 1946, the old street names during the Japanese puppet period were abolished in LvDa area. Chuyinting was changed to kuiying street, yinghuatai was changed to Zhiren street, and qingyuntai, Xiangtai and wenhuatai were changed to Qingyun street, Xiangyang Street and Wenhua Street respectively.
In August 1946, wenruofang office was established.
In October 1946, zhikuifang office was set up.
In March 1949, wenruofang was renamed Jieshan Jiefang.
In 1951, Chi Kwai Fong was renamed Kwai Ying Fong.
In November 1952, fanggongsuo was changed into a neighborhood committee.
In the middle of August 1954, it was changed to a sub district office.
In February 1959, Jieshan street was merged into kuiying street.
In September 1959, Lingqian district was abolished, and kuiying street belongs to Zhongshan District.
In 1968, the streets were changed into communes.
In April 1979, the commune was transformed into a street.
In April 2006, the sub district office was relocated from No. 7 Fuqing lane to No. 9 kuiying street.
After the merger
On December 2, 2019, according to the reply of Dalian Municipal People's Government on Approving the adjustment of administrative divisions of some streets in Zhongshan District (Dazheng [2019] No. 124), it is decided to cancel the original kuiying street and Kunming Street, and re-establish kuiying street. The administrative jurisdiction of the former two streets is the newly established administrative jurisdiction, and the resident of the street office is the former kuiying Street office No.9 kuiying street, Zhongshan District.
