Xiguantun Mongolian Manchu Township, belonging to Kangping County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Kangping County. It is adjacent to ciensi township of Faku County in the East, sijiazi Mongolian township of Faku County in the south, Dongsheng Manchu Mongolian Township and woniushi township of Faku County in the west, and fangjiatun town in the north, with an administrative area of 88.66 square kilometers.
In 1958, xiguantun and its villages belonged to fangjiatun commune; in 1986, xiguantun was transformed into a Mongolian Manchu Township. By the end of 2018, 14952 people had registered residence in the Mongolian Manchu Township of Xiguan village. As of June 2020, xiguantun Mongolian Manchu Township has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xiguantun village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of xiguantun Mongolian Manchu Township was 18 million yuan, an increase of 1% over the previous year. History of construction
In 1958, xiguantun and its villages belonged to fangjiatun commune.
In 1961, xiguantun commune was established.
In 1984, xiguantun township was changed.
In 1986, xiguantun was changed into a Mongolian Manchu Township.

By the end of 2011, xiguantun Mongolian Manchu Township had nine administrative villages: xiguantun, xiaoxintun, biantaizi, Jiangjiagou, daxintun, Heishan, luojiatun, wangshanpu and daguanning.
As of June 2020, xiguantun Mongolian Manchu Township has nine administrative villages: xiguantun village, wangshanbao village, daguanning wobao village, luojiatun village, daxintun village, Heishan village, Jiangjiagou village, biantaizi village and xiaoxintun village. The Township People's government is stationed in xiguantun village.

Lijia river flows through Jiangjiagou village and biantaizi village and into Liaohe River, with a length of 3 km.
