Sandaohe Township, subordinate to Huocheng County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Huocheng County, adjacent to Langan Township in the East, tukai desert in the south, 63rd regiment and 64th regiment of the fourth agricultural division in the west, Qingshuihe town and liangfanchang in the north, with a total administrative area of 45 square kilometers.
In 1950, it was divided into two districts; in 1984, it was changed into sandaohe township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of three river villages was 11955. In 2019, sandaohe Township governs three administrative villages.
In sandaohe Township, corn is the main food crop, and pig, cattle, sheep and poultry are the main animal husbandry. In 2018, there were two industrial enterprises in sandaohe township.

In 1950, it was divided into two districts.

In April 1973, sandaohe commune was established in tarji.
