Tumen Xian town
Tumenxian Town, belonging to Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Huining County, with Xinyuan town in the East, Dagou town in the south, caotan town and sifangwu town in the west, and liujiazhaizi town in the north, with a total administrative area of 185.9 square kilometers.
Before 1949, it belonged to five districts (Riverside); in 1983, it was changed to Tumen Xianxiang. In 2016, tumenxian town was replaced by township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Tumen Xian was 9988. In June 2020, tumenxian town will have six administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in tumenxian town was 3100 yuan. In 2018, Tumen Xian town has four comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before 1949, it belonged to five districts (Riverside).
In 1958, it belonged to Liuzhai commune.
In 1961, it was a civil engineering commune.
In 1965, it merged with Laozhuang commune to form Xinyuan commune.
In 1973, the civil engineering commune was restored.
In 1981, it was changed into Tumen Xian commune.
In 1983, it was changed to Tumen Xian township.
In 2016, tumenxian town was replaced by township.

At the end of 2011, Tumen Xian town has six administrative villages: sujiabao, Tumen Xian, yangjiaxian, Zhangjiagou, zhangjiamen and anjiapo, and 34 villager groups.
In June 2020, Tumen Xian town has jurisdiction over six administrative villages: sujiabao village, anjiapo village, Tumen Xian village, yangjiaxian village, zhangjiamen village and Zhangjiagou village. The town people's government is stationed in Tumen Xian village.

topographic features
Tumenxian town is located in the hilly and gully area of the Loess Plateau in the middle of Gansu Province, with high terrain in the northeast and low terrain in the southwest, and the mountains are mostly east-west. The terrain can be roughly divided into three types: Liangmao mountain, river valley and part of the residual tableland. The highest altitude is 2240 meters and the lowest is 1760 meters.
