Arele Township

Arele Township, belonging to Yutian County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Tian county. It is adjacent to aoyiglak Township in the East, AQIANG Township in the south, KEKEYA Township and arixi village in the west, and mugala Town, Jiayi Township, yingbage Township and aoyiglak Township in the North. It covers an area of 487.7 square kilometers. In 2018, the population registered residence was 19993.

In 1938, it belonged to three districts. In 1958, it belonged to Xianfeng commune. In 1984, Arele township was built. As of October 2019, Arele township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in kalegaqi village.
