Yingawati township is located in the northwest of Hotan City, 28 kilometers away from the urban area. It is adjacent to karakashi River (Moyu River) in the west, Taklimakan Desert in the northeast, yingairik Township in the East, hanerrik Township in the South and segezikule Township in the north. It is 4 kilometers wide from east to west and 17 kilometers long from north to south, with a total administrative area of 95.28 square kilometers. The township governs 15 administrative villages and 92 villager groups, with a total population of 31697 (2017). The cultivated land area of the township is 18600 mu, with an area of 0.8 mu per capita. The Township People's government is stationed in jiangbage village, with 74 township cadres and 96 cadres from seven stations and eight institutes. The township has 15 party branches, 505 party members, 107 village cadres, 129 "three elders" and 30 veteran cadres. the economic development of the whole township is based on the advantages of the north and South towns. Bounded by the township government, the walnut industry in 8 villages in the south is relatively developed, and the jujube industry in 7 villages in the North has begun to take shape.
