Jincun Township, belonging to Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Ning County, with Ziwuling in the East, Jiuxian Township in the south, Xiangle town in the West and Panke town in the north, with a total administrative area of 30.28 square kilometers.
In 1935, it was the Second District of Xinning County; in 1983, it was changed to Jincun township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Jin village was 8432. In June 2020, Jincun village governs one living area and six administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1935, it was the Second District of Xinning County.
In 1949, it was incorporated into Jiuxian district.
In 1958, Jincun commune was established.
In 1962, he joined Jiuxian commune.
In 1978, Jincun commune was established again.
In 1983, it was changed to Jincun township.
