Railway Station Street

Huoche Zhan Jiedao, named after Xining railway station in China. It is located in the northwest of the area, on the North Bank of Huangshui River. The population is 31477 (2010), mainly Han nationality, with Hui, Manchu, Tibetan and other nationalities. Hui nationality accounts for 26.4% of the total population. It covers an area of 2 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over station 1, station 2, station 3, station 4, chujiaying, Zhongzhuang, Huzhu Road 1, Huzhu Road 2, Huzhu road 3, Linjiaya, yikeyin, Linjiaya new village 12 neighborhood committees and Golmud office.

Historical evolution

Zhongzhuang neighborhood committee was set up in 1961, changed to Station neighborhood committee in 1963, and Railway Station neighborhood office was set up in 1972.

Regional scope

The railway station office extends to Huangzhong bridge in the East, overpass in the west, Beishan in the north and Huangshui River in the south. It is 2.1 km long from east to west, 1.1 km wide from north to south, and has an administrative area of 2.3 km.

Under the jurisdiction of an administrative village, two community neighborhood committees, the existing 31477 people (2010). There are 22 enterprises and institutions and 3 specialized markets under the jurisdiction. The street Party Working Committee governs one community general Party branch, five party branches, one rural Party branch and one organ Party branch. There are 286 street party members, including 47 rural Party members and 16 government party members.
