Jiajiaping town belongs to Yanchuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the northwest of Yanchuan County, it is adjacent to Dayu street in the East, Guanzhuang town in the south, fengjiaping Township in the West and yangjiayuan town in Zichang County in the north. Historical evolution

In the 11th year of Daoguang reign in the Qing Dynasty (1831), jiajiaping village was chosen because Jia family lived in the flat area of Chuandao, and the town was named after the village.
