Jiaotong town belongs to Fuxian County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of Fuxian County, bordering Puti township of Luochuan County in the East, Yongxiang township of Luochuan County in the south, Chafang town in the West and Niuwu town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 8.3 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 16.4 km, with a total area of 132.2 km. The land area is 129.9 square kilometers, accounting for 98.26%; the water area is 2.3 square kilometers, accounting for 1.74%.
