Dexing township is located in the south of Motuo County, on the right bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River, facing Motuo town across the river, and connecting badeng village of Beibeng Township in the south. 1. Evolution

Originally Dexing District, it was changed to township in 1988. In 1996, it has jurisdiction over eight administrative villages, namely, Dexiao, Wenlang, Deguo, Hezha, nardong, yugongbai and badenze. 2. Administrative division

Motuo County, Linzhi City, Tibet Autonomous Region. By March 2016, it had jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, namely Dexing Village, Wenlang village, Deguo village, Hezha village, nardong village, badenze village and yigongbai village. Due to the warm and humid climate in 2000, the annual average temperature is about 350 ℃ and the relative humidity is more than 350 ℃. there are Yarlung Zangbo River, aronye River, samba arongri River, Xirong River, hagorong River, heiguorong River, baimasilu River, baimasiriqu River, genari River and qudaye river.

5. Population and nationality

Dexing township is a multi-ethnic residential Township with a population of 2000 in 1996. In 2000, there were 1549 people in the township. in 2007, there were 296 households in the township, with a rural population of 1554, and the vast majority of the residents were Menba. the resident population is 1473 (the sixth census in 2010). In April 2016, there were 322 households and 1668 people in Dexing township. total population 1800 (2017).

6. Economic overview

Dexing township is one of the important agricultural areas in Motuo County. In 2007, the planting area of crops in the township was 4392.51 mu, and the total yield of crops was 1663700 Jin. With the strong support of the government, the hand weaving industry and the subtropical fruit planting industry have developed to a certain extent. Among them, the hand-woven Xiuchai, huskung and rattan bamboo weaving are more famous. The subtropical fruits include bananas, pipa, lemons, oranges and so on. the Party committee and government of Motuo County attach great importance to the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and the cadres of Guangdong and Fujian provinces have also prepared a large amount of funds for Tibet aid to invest in the construction of grass-roots agricultural and pastoral areas, which has promoted the economic development and social progress of Dexing township. in 2014, Dexing Township implemented the poverty alleviation project of goat breeding in yigongbai village, with an investment of 370000 yuan. In April 2016, there were 383 poor households in the township. in 2016, Dexing Township invested nearly 900000 yuan to build new vegetable greenhouses, and the number of vegetable greenhouses in the township increased from 19 to 30. by January 2017, 1 100 mu of high standard Alpine organic tea garden had been built in Dexing township. on October 12, 2017, the 1080 mu tea base in Wenlang village of Dexing Township and other three villages passed the acceptance, of which 215 mu tea base was built in Wenlang village, 735 mu tea base in Heza village and 130 mu tea base in nardong village. In December 2018, with the support of Motuo County Working Group of Tibet aid team, Dexing Township expanded the planting of 3250 passion fruit trees to build a professional passion fruit planting township. in may 2019, a total of 1672 mu of tea was planted in Heza village, nardong village, Wenlang village, badenze village and yigongbai village of Dexing township.

7. Infrastructure

At the end of August 2009, China Telecom Optical Fiber Transmission Project in Dexing township was completed, and Tianyi 3G was launched simultaneously. in 2014, Dexing Township implemented Dexing Village extension Nongjiale poverty alleviation project, Hezha village new Nongjiale poverty alleviation project, badenze village new pigsty poverty alleviation project, with an investment of 1.2 million yuan. at the end of 2014, Dexing Township Housing project started, involving 221 households in three administrative villages (Wenlang village, nardong village and yigongbai Village). on January 29, 2015, the new teaching building and student dormitory project of Dexing Township Primary School were preliminarily accepted, with a total investment of 4.001 million yuan and a total construction area of 1219.96 square meters. in November 2015, the reconstruction and expansion project of Dexing Township Health Center was completed and accepted, with a total investment of 1.007 million yuan, and the construction scale of 297.14 M2 medical main building and 96 M2 road hardening and other three ancillary projects. in December 2015, yigongbai village of Dexing Township completed the subgrade project of Mao Road, which was initially opened to traffic. So far, Dexing township has achieved the goal of connecting every village to the highway. in the first half of 2016, Dexing Township completed the coverage of China mobile broadband resources. in August 2016, the water supply project of Dexing township was started, with an investment of 5.4216 million yuan. on September 17, 2016, the construction project of Dexing Village Comprehensive Service Center started, which is a construction project aided by Foshan City, Guangdong Province. in January 2017, the road of guoguotang scenic spot was accepted. The total investment is 3 million yuan, 3448 meters long and 4 meters wide. in the first quarter of 2017, Dexing Township completed four projects, namely, the high standard farmland transformation of Heza village, the high standard farmland transformation of Wenlang village, the hardening road of Dexing Village, and the bamboo weaving sales house of nardong village. It is implementing the well-off demonstration village of Heza village, the kindergarten of Heza village, the high standard farmland transformation of Dexing Village, the village protection Fort chop of Dexing Village, the village level activity place of Dexing Village, the tourism village of Dexing Village, and the township Government drinking water plant, haguorongqiao, guoguotang viewing platform and other construction projects. on July 17, 2017, the comprehensive building project of Dexing Township Primary School started to construct a 770 square meter comprehensive building and a standardized basketball court, with a total investment of 3 million yuan. On October 26, 2017, Dexing Village Comprehensive Service Center (village level organization activity site) of Dexing township was completed with a total investment of 3.4 million yuan; the construction project of Wenlang village border well-off village of Dexing township was started with a planned investment of 8 million yuan. on January 3, 2018, the bidding announcement was issued for the planning and preparation project of five villages in Dexing Township, namely Wenlang village, badenze village, Deguo village, nardong village and yigongbai village. on March 28, 2018, the first phase of the well-off demonstration village construction project in Hezha village of Dexing township was completed and accepted, with a total investment of 7.0717 million yuan, 41 new kitchens and toilets, a single building area of 35.77 square meters, and 1309 square meters of access roads. in June 2018, rural highway construction projects from Dexing Village to Heza village and from Dexing Village to Deguo village are being implemented in Dexing township. in July 2018, the construction project of Dexing Township staff home and Dexing township primary school basketball court is being implemented.

8. Education

Dexing Township Central Primary School in Motuo County was founded in 1972. At the beginning of its establishment, the school's teaching staff was very weak. It could only solve the learning of children from grade one to grade three. There were no full-time teachers. Township leaders and the masses elected luosang, a villager of Dexing Village with relatively high Tibetan level, as the principal and Tibetan teacher. The school mainly enrolls school-age children from Dexing Village and township authorities. Other villages in Dexing township have teaching sites, and teachers are selected to teach. from 1972 to 1982, the school conditions were still very difficult. There were only two teachers in Dexing Township Central Primary School. in 1983, the school moved to the school site in 2014. in 1984, it was officially named Dexing Township Primary School, which was open to all students in the township. since 2004, the school has completed the construction of modern teaching building, student canteen, student dormitory building and staff turnover room, and the infrastructure has been greatly improved. in 2003, the school began to absorb students from various villages. in 2004, it was officially renamed as Dexing Township complete primary school, becoming a full-time complete primary school. since 2012, Dexing township has set up a relief fund for poor students, which organizes and mobilizes the broad masses of cadres and people from all walks of life to donate money every year. as of June 2014, the school covers an area of 1123.2 square meters and is equipped with various student activity rooms such as moral education room, nature room and student reading room. At present, there are 7 teaching classes with 155 students. There are 24 full-time teachers, including 3 senior teachers and 5 first-class teachers. There are four teachers with bachelor's degree and 20 with college degree. The teaching quality of the school has been improved rapidly, and it is a good school in Motuo County. in September 2015, there were 151 students in Dexing Township Primary School. in August 2018, Dexing Township organized and carried out the aid donation activities for poor students, and provided 600 yuan for each of 14 high school students and 1500 yuan for each of 20 college students. 2
