Getiaogang Township
Getiaogang Township, belonging to Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Changli County, adjacent to dapuhe town in the East, tuanlin town in the south, Changli town in the west, and Liangshan Township across national highway 205 in the north. The administrative area is 41.7 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Ge Gang Township was 21711.
During the period of the Republic of China, getiaogang Township belonged to four districts; in February 1984, the commune was abolished and getiaogang township was restored; in March 1996, xishahe township was merged. As of June 2020, getiaogang township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in getiaogang village.
In 2018, there were 31 industrial enterprises in getiaogang Township, including one above Designated Size and 15 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, getiaogang Township belonged to four districts.
In May 1953, it was established in getiaogang township.
In August 1958, it was the management area of getiaogang in dapuhe commune.
In May 1961, it was founded in getiaogang commune.
In February 1984, the commune was abolished and getiaogang township was restored.
In March 1996, xishahe township was incorporated.
