Heitutai Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Fengzhen City, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Fengzhen City, adjacent to hunyuanyao Township in the East, guantunpu Township in the south, Nancheng street in the West and Longzhuang town in the north, with an administrative area of 258.31 square kilometers.

History of construction
