Hejiapan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Heshui County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the southwest of Heshui County, adjacent to Jixian township of Heshui County across the Malian River in the East, Waxie township of Ningxian County in the south, Wenquan township of Shishe township of Xifeng District in the West and Chicheng township of Qingcheng County in the north, with a total administrative area of 99.37 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Wujia village of xihuachili in Heshui County; in April 1983, it was changed to hejiapan village. In 2015, hejiapan township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Ho family town was 17438. In June 2020, hejiapan town governs 8 administrative villages.

History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Wujia of xihuachi in Heshui county.
In 1912, it was the Second District of Heshui county.
When Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region was established, it belonged to panma District of Heshui county.
In April 1947, after the Kuomintang occupied it, it became panma township.
In July 1949, the market opened in Maqu.
In February 1956, panma district was withdrawn and two townships, hejiapan and zhaojialouzi, were set up.
In March 1957, zhaojialouzi township was merged into hejiapan township.
In October 1958, Dingxiang township was merged into hejiapan Township, and then changed into lighthouse commune; at the end of the same year, Heshui county was abolished and belonged to Qingyang County.
In December 1961, it returned to Heshui county and changed its name to hejiapan commune.
In April 1983, he jiapan township was changed.
In 2015, hejiapan township was built from township.
