That year, the government of Wuzhong banner began to carry out the restructuring of tonghetai breeding stock farm, set up a new state-owned holding company, and put up two brands of tonghetai breeding stock farm and breeding stock production Co., Ltd. At the same time, it was decided to set up tonghetai office to be responsible for the social affairs management of the breeding stock farm. The staff were appointed from the six management personnel of the original breeding stock farm.
