Jishan Town, under the jurisdiction of Liling City, Hunan Province, has 12 villages including Dongbao, tubuqiao, Xin'an, datang'ao, wangxianqiao, Jishan, shuikouping, Dalin, Laoya mountain, Chizhu, Dongkeng and Quanyuan, with a total area of 86 square kilometers (2017) and a total population of 16451 (2017). The Town People's government is stationed in Dongbao. The economy of Qishan town is mainly agriculture. There are rich reserves of porcelain mud and refractory stone with good quality. Its products sell well all over the country. Qishan village is the birthplace of Liling porcelain industry.
