Shangkuli street, a street under the jurisdiction of Erguna City, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Erguna city. It is adjacent to Tulihe town of Yakeshi city in the East, to Sumu of Ewenki nationality in chenbalhu banner in the southeast, to labdalin Street office in the southwest, to Sanhe Hui nationality township in the north, and to Aoluguya Ewenki nationality township in Genhe City in the northeast It covers an area of 2500 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Hulunbuir vice capital government office. In 2006, Shangkuli township was changed into Shangkuli street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Shangkuli street was 7100. As of June 2020, Shangkuli street has two communities and one administrative village.
In 2011, the agricultural output value of Shangkuli street was 320 million yuan, an increase of 11% over the previous year, and the agricultural added value accounted for 51% of the total output value.

In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Hulunbuir vice capital government office.
Qing Xuantong three years (1911), belongs to Shiwei county. Northeast China was under the jurisdiction of Erguna left wing banner during the period of Japanese occupation.
In 1948, it belonged to Erguna Right Banner.
In April 1949, the Second District People's government was established in Shangkuli.
In 1956, the district was withdrawn and Shangkuli township was built.
In 1961, it was put under Chen balhu banner.
In 1966, it belonged to Erguna Right Banner.
In 2006, Shangkuli township was changed into Shangkuli street.
