Shangmatai Town, located in the east of Wuqing District, Tianjin, is adjacent to Meichang Town, caozili town (township), Dahuangbao Town, Beichen District and Baodi District. In addition, the town also invested 5 million yuan to build a business street integrating catering, entertainment and shopping on the west side of the apartment building, which is convenient for workers' life. At the same time, the relevant departments of the town actively organize young migrant workers to carry out various useful cultural and sports activities, and guide and coordinate enterprises to set up activity rooms. In order to enhance the legal concept of the staff and improve the awareness of abiding by the law and safeguarding their rights in accordance with the law, the town invited the political and legal police to preach legal courses for the staff and workers from time to time. At the same time, a 120 person security team has been set up. Under the leadership of the police of the local police station, it has strengthened the day and night patrol of various enterprises and living areas, which is used to ensure the safety of enterprises and workers, and make the migrant workers work at ease and live at ease.
