Belsumu
Beiersumu, belonging to new balhuyou banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of new balhuyou banner. It faces ganzhuersumu of new balhuzuo banner across Wuerxun River in the East and Southeast, borders halaha River in the South and baogedewulasumu in the West and North, with an administrative area of 1848.33 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the four banners of the right wing of new balhu, inlaid with blue flag; in 1984, the Beier commune was changed into Beier Sumu. In April 2001, baogedewula and Hulun were merged into beiershu. In January 2011, baogedeulasumu was restored in some administrative regions. By the end of 2018, Baer had 1758 registered residence households. As of June 2020, belsumu has three administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of herdsmen in beiersumu was 7000 yuan. In 2018, there were 2 industrial enterprises and 4 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the four banners inlaid with blue on the right wing of new Barker tiger.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), it belonged to the right wing banner of new Baldwin tiger.
In 1948, it belonged to baogedewula East Sumu.
In May 1958, bell commune was established; in October of the same year, it merged with baogedeulasumu to form kemnismu commune.
In 1961, bell commune was restored.
In 1984, bell commune was changed into bell Sumu.
In April 2001, baogedewula and Hulun were merged into beiershu.
In January 2011, baogedeulasumu was restored in some administrative regions.

Beiersumu River belongs to Erguna river system in Heilongjiang Basin. Wuerxun river passes through the border from south to North and flows into Hulun Lake. Beier lake is the boundary lake between China and Mongolia, the tail of halaha River and the upper reaches of Urxun river. The lake is a freshwater lake with an altitude of 583 meters and an area of 609 square kilometers. The average water depth is about 8 meters, the deepest is about 50 meters, and the storage capacity is about 5.5 billion cubic meters.

Belsumu is named after lake belsumu. "Bell" means "male otter" in Mongolian.

Beier lake is located in the southwest edge of Hulun Buir plateau and in beiersumu of new balhu Right Banner. It is the huff and puff lake of halaha River and Wuerxun river. It is a common lake of China and Mongolia. It is 100 kilometers away from alatanemole Town, where the banner government is located. Beier lake is mainly a lake formed by the halaha river flowing from the southeast of Jina. Its water is fresh water, and its depth is generally about 9 meters. The deepest water of the lake can reach more than 50 meters.
