Mangnong Town, belonging to Ningcheng County, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Ningcheng county. It is adjacent to Shahai town of Jianping County and wanyuandian town of Lingyuan City in Liaoning Province in the East, Wuhua town in the south, bisyingzi town in the West and Tianyi town in the North, with a total area of 292 square kilometers.
In the early days of liberation, the area around mangnong town belonged to the Tenth District of Ningcheng County; in 2006, Yushulinzi township was merged into mangnong Town, and the town government moved to qiansanjia village. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in busy peasant town was 40443. In 2019, mangnong town governs 15 administrative villages.

History of construction

In 1956, the village of mangnongyingzi was established.
In 1958, it was changed into a busy nongyingzi commune.
In 1968, it was renamed the Revolutionary Committee of mangnongyingzi commune.
In 1983, it was changed to nongyingzi township.
In 1999, busy farming yingzi township was changed into busy farming town.
In 2006, Yushulinzi township was merged into mangnong Town, and the town government moved to qiansanjia village.
