Doumian: it is a kind of food in the diet of Han nationality in Dongsheng area. There is only one way to eat bean noodles, which is to add cooked noodles to the soup. The dialect of soup is called "saozi". Saozi is best boiled with Diced Pork, potatoes or tofu, and put in the red onion powder.
Red pickles: very salty, can be eaten dry or pickled, especially chewy. Red pickle is lighter, about 0.5 kg of red pickle, its volume is as big as four or five apples.
