Xingshun West Town
Xingshunxi Town, belonging to Guyang County, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Guyang County, adjacent to huaishuo town in the East, Jinshan Town in the south, xidoupu town in the West and Wuke town in Darhan maoming'an United banner in the north. It is 32 kilometers away from the county government, with a total administrative area of 656 square kilometers.
In the early Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, xingshunxi town belonged to maoming'an banner; in October 2005, it merged with four villages east of baobai railway in hongnijing township to form xingshunxi town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xingshun town was 23796. In 2019, 10 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of xingshunxi Town, and the people's government is stationed in xingshunxi village.
In 2018, there were 42 industrial enterprises in xingshunxi Town, including 3 Enterprises above Designated Size and 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, it belonged to maoming'an banner.
In 1926, it was called the Second District, belonging to Guyang county. In November 1937, it was called Gonghe Township, belonging to the puppet Guyang County Office. In the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), it was called Minzhi Township, belonging to Guyang county.
In March 1950, it was called the Fifth District.
In July 1958, it was called Hongzhuan commune; in December of the same year, the West was merged into xidoupu commune, and the East into bailingnao commune.
In March 1960, xingshunxi commune was established.
In July 1984, Lixing Shunxi township was established.
In October 2005, it merged with four villages to the east of baobai railway in hongnijing Township into xingshunxi town.
