Buerhantu Town, belonging to Kundulun District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Kundulun District, with Kunhe East Road in the East, Baolan railway in the south, agarutai Sumu in Jiuyuan District in the west, Wula mountain in the north, and 15 kilometers away from the district government. The area is 195.79 square kilometers. In 2018, 18448 people registered residence.
In November 2009, buerhantu town was established. In 2008, 16 administrative villages were divided into buerhantu Town, Kundulun district. In 2010, 2 community residents committee was transferred from Tuanjie street of Kundulun district to buerhantu town. In June 2020, buerhantu town governs 2 communities, 1 Gacha and 15 administrative villages.
