Dazhuang town
Dazhuang town is subordinate to Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province. Dazhuang town is located in the southwest mountainous area of Zhuanglang County, adjacent to zhudian town in the East, Wolong Town in the northeast, Wanquan town in the South and Yangchuan town in the West. The administrative area of Dazhuang town is 54.42 square kilometers.
Before 1949, it belonged to Ningyang township. After 1949, it belongs to Xintai district. In June 1961, Dazhuang commune of Jingning County was set up in Dazhuang Li family; in December of the same year, when Zhuanglang administrative region was restored, it was Dazhuang commune of Zhuanglang County. In 1983, Dazhuang commune was changed into Dazhuang township. In 2016, Gansu provincial government agreed to abolish Dazhuang township of Zhuanglang County and establish Dazhuang town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of dzhuang town was 19792. As of June 2020, Dazhuang town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Dazhuang town is located in Lijia.

Historical evolution
Before 1949, it belonged to Ningyang township.
After 1949, it belonged to new Thailand.
In 1954, Qinglonggou and Wangjiashan were transferred from Qin'an County to Xintai District of Zhuanglang County.
In September 1958, it belonged to zhudian commune when it became a commune; in December of the same year, after Zhuanglang County was merged into Jingning County, it belonged to zhudian commune of Jingning County.
In June 1961, Dazhuang commune of Jingning County was set up in Dazhuang Li family; in December of the same year, when Zhuanglang administrative region was restored, it was Dazhuang commune of Zhuanglang County.
In 1962, liumiao commune was established in Liujia temple.
In 1964, liumiao commune was merged into Dazhuang commune.
In 1980, liumiao commune was restored.
In 1983, Dazhuang commune was changed into Dazhuang township.
In 2016, Gansu provincial government agreed to abolish Dazhuang township of Zhuanglang County and establish Dazhuang town.

The terrain is high in the East and low in the West. The highest point is at the top of Liangshan village temple, with an altitude of 1924.5 meters; the lowest point is at the exit of Qinglonggou water, with an altitude of 1441 meters.

The main water system in Dazhuang town is Qinglonggou, a tributary of Shuiluo river. It originates from Luojia, Liugou village, and flows into Wanquan town from east to west, then from west to south. The total length of Dazhuang town is about 8.3 km. Shuiweigou originates from liuluojia, passes through four villages of liuluo, Qiugou, weijiawan and Shuanghe Town, and leaves Weijiagou for Yangchuan Town, with a total length of 7.8 km.
