There are 10 internal units in the community, including a rehabilitation center for deaf children, a gas station, an insurance company, a large electrical shopping mall, 142 stores along the street. Most of the residents are laid-off workers and retirees of Zhengzhou alcohol factory, local products company, metal recycling company, forging company, coal construction company and other bankrupt enterprises. According to the actual situation of the community, the community police went deep into the residents and visited them to understand the living conditions and difficulties of the residents. Combined with the staff of Jinhai community, they set up five help centers: re employment help center, key personnel help center, conflict resolution center, youth, mental patients help center and legal consultation service center. Over the past few years, more than 60 laid-off workers in the community have been helped to find jobs again and their living conditions have been improved.
