Jianshan farm, founded in March 1949, is located in Nenjiang City, Wudalianchi city (both belong to Heihe City) and Nehe city (belong to Qiqihar City) of Heilongjiang Province. It is one of the 11 farms under the jurisdiction of Jiusan administration of Heilongjiang Province. The area covers an area of 400 square kilometers, including 385000 mu of cultivated land, 110000 mu of forest land, 60000 mu of grassland and 2000 mu of water surface. The farm has 7 agricultural management areas and 17 enterprises and institutions with a total population of 10641 (2010).

Jianshan farm is located in the hinterland of Songnen Plain, one of the three famous black soil belts in the world, the beautiful hilly area at the south foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, and the winding and clear Bank of Laolai river. It belongs to cold temperate continental monsoon climate and is a typical dry land crop production area. The climate is characterized by windy spring, short and hot summer, rapid cooling in autumn and long and cold winter. The highest temperature is about 36 ℃, and the lowest temperature is about - 38 ℃. The annual accumulated temperature of ≥ 10 ℃ is 2000-2300 ℃, and the frost free period is 115-120 days. The farm integrates the party, government and economy, and undertakes multiple functions of economy, administration and social management. It is a relatively large state-owned agricultural enterprise. There is a sharp volcanic cone formed by the eruption in 1719 A.D. (Kangxi 58 A.D.), from which Jianshan farm is named. Historical evolution

Jianshan farm was founded in 1949. It was the third operation area of bay15 farm. In 1953, it was merged with the first and sixth branches of ilaha farm to form the ninth branch of 93 Rongjun farm. Jianshan farm was established near tumoge volcano in 1958 and merged into 93 branch the next year. In March 1962, each branch of Jiusan farm was independent, and Jiusan branch was renamed Jianshan farm. In 1968, it was renamed the 49th regiment of the fifth division of Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps. In 1975, the 48th regiment was merged into the 49th regiment. In February 1976, the farm system was restored and renamed Jianshan farm, which continues to this day.

Jianshan farm is a national agricultural standardization demonstration farm and a modern agricultural demonstration area. Jianshan farm focuses on planning and building a green industrial development park covering an area of 360000 square meters.

Heilongjiang Beidahuang Jianshan Food Co., Ltd. can process 2000 tons of soybeans and 28 varieties of soybean products; Heilongjiang Yidi Food Co., Ltd. can process 400 tons of meat products and more than 10 varieties of red sausage and other products, which are mainly sold to the eastern three provinces. There are 14 non-public enterprises such as Jianshan machinery factory, no burning brick factory and wood processing factory in the farm.

There are more than 10 kinds of natural secondary forests, such as Mongolian oak, black birch, white birch, Populus davidiana, Tilia amurensis, and dozens of shrubs, such as Lespedeza, Corylus heterophylla, Corylus heterophylla, Syringa and Rhododendron. The main plantations are Larix olgensis, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, spruce, poplar and Fraxinus mandshurica. The main herbaceous plants are five flowers, Cinnamomum camphora and Carex. There are more than 19 species of wild mammals, including sika deer, red deer, snow rabbit, wolf, fox, roe deer, wild boar, muskrat, etc. About 13 species of vertebrates are represented by various fishes (crucian carp, carp, etc.), and amphibians are frogs, forest frogs, toads, etc. There are more than 186 species of wild birds, represented by grey crane, hazelnut chicken, flying dragon, pheasant, tree chicken and quail.
