Huayang Road Street

There are two Huayang Road streets in China, one is Huayang Road Street in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and the other is Huayang Road Street in Changning District, Shanghai city. Both streets are located in the eastern coast of China, and each has its own merits. Huayang Road Street in Qingdao has successively won the national community service demonstration street. Shanghai Huayang Road Street has won the title of national advanced grassroots party organization, national "civil servant collective satisfied by the people" and national advanced unit of spiritual civilization construction.

Huayang Road sub district, Shibei District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province is located in the middle of Shibei District. The terrain is sharp axe shaped. It was originally an old industrial zone in the history of Qingdao. It starts from the middle line of haipo River in the north, borders on Jiaozhouwan expressway, follows the center line of Shenyang Road, Lijin Road, Changyi road and Zhanhua road in the south, and connects the East and west along the center line of Changle Road River. Huayang Road street was founded in December 1954, originally belonging to Taidong district. In May 1994, the division of Qingdao was adjusted. Shibei District and Taidong district were merged to form xinshibei district. Huayang Road Street in Taidong district was renamed Huayang Road Street in Shibei District, and was officially listed in June of the same year. Its total area is about 2.1 square kilometers. As of 2010, there were 30130 residents (2010). the street governs five community neighborhood committees, namely: Huayang Road community neighborhood committee, Changle Road community neighborhood committee, Changchun Road community neighborhood committee, Inner Mongolia road community neighborhood committee and Caoxian Road community neighborhood committee. The economy of the district is dominated by industry with rich resources and convenient transportation. Haibo Furniture City, the largest furniture flagship store in the island city, settled in the jurisdiction in 2004, further promoting the economic development of the surrounding areas. Since 2001, we have stepped up investment promotion and vigorously developed the private economy. At the end of 2002, the total industrial output value of Huayang Road sub district office was 140.36 million yuan, the fiscal revenue was 2.197 million yuan, and the profits and taxes were 14.52 million yuan. In 2006, the fiscal revenue was 15.08 million yuan.

The family planning work has made remarkable achievements, maintaining a good situation of low birth and low growth, and all the population and family planning indicators have met the requirements of responsibility objectives. In 1995, the National Family Planning Association designated Huayang Road Family Planning Association as the grass-roots training point to carry out "mental health consultation for children aged 5-12"; on September 28, 1997, Mr. downnick and Ms. Fiona of New Zealand, international family planning Federation, visited Huayang Road Family Planning Association to investigate children's mental health education. Huayang Road Street spiritual civilization creation activities mainly focus on the creation of "civilized community" and "civilized building". Through the implementation of the three-year construction plan, a number of spiritual civilization construction concepts, such as "advocating a new trend of civilization, building a beautiful home", "creating a city spirit, improving the quality of civilization", have been approved by the majority of residents. During this period, more than 1000 square meters of illegal buildings were demolished, and more than 80% of civilized communities, civilized buildings, and civilized families in the area under jurisdiction were demolished. At the same time, it has organized and carried out the theme education of "advocating science, breaking superstition", "thinking about the source of wealth, thinking about progress" and "change around me"; the community neighborhood committee has carried out the community thought investigation activity of "entering the community, checking the people's situation" around the building and courtyard cultural construction, and has established the propaganda group of community ideological and political education to tour the residential building and courtyard. On this basis, we focus on and do a good job in the ideological and moral education of residents, publicize the "implementation outline of citizens' moral construction" in the form of lectures, discussion and speeches, advocate 20 words of citizens' basic moral standards, and set up the "Huayang Road community moral democratic appraisal committee"; all communities also set up "moral democratic appraisal group" to mediate neighborhood disputes. In the community, 200 community science popularization volunteers, 100 youth volunteers and community education volunteers have been set up. Huayang Road Street has won the honorary titles of national community service demonstration street, Shandong family planning advanced unit, Qingdao family planning "three main" advanced unit, Qingdao civilized community and Qingdao civilized advanced unit.
