Hebei Township, belonging to Keshan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Keshan County, bordering Baoquan town of Kedong County in the East, Henan Township across Wuyuer River in the south, Gubei Township in the West and Jianshan breeding stock farm in the north. It is 10 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 294.29 square kilometers.
In 1922, Hebei Township belonged to weizilitun. In May 1984, Hebei commune was changed into Hebei Township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Hebei was 28742. In 2019, rural Hebei governs nine administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in weizilitun.
In 2018, Hebei Township has 15 industrial enterprises and 2 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1922, Hebei Township belonged to weizilitun. In 1945, Zhengjia district was established.
In October 1949, it was renamed Hebei District and moved from zhengjiawopeng village to weizilitun.
In 1952, Hebei District was renamed the Fifth District.
In 1955, the Fifth District was renamed Hebei District.
In 1956, Hebei was divided into Hebei, Yueliangpao and Dapingshan, belonging to the Palaearctic region.
In 1958, the three townships were merged into Hebei District; in September of the same year, Hebei commune was changed.
In May 1984, Hebei commune was changed into Hebei Township.
