Shiquan town
Shiquan Town, Beian City, Heihe, Heilongjiang Province, formerly known as wudaogouzi. After the founding of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of the Second District of Baiquan County in 1914, known as Shiquan town. After the fall of Northeast China, it was the second district and the third security in 1934, and Anfen village was set up in 1938. In November 1945, the security division was set up. In December of the same year, it was put under the jurisdiction of Tongbei county and set up Shiquan District, which was changed into the Second District in 1951. In March 1956, after Tongbei county was merged into Bei'an County, it was replaced by Shiquan township. In September 1958, it was renamed Shiquan people's commune. In November of the same year, it was incorporated into Tongbei commune and became Shiquan management area. In 1961, Shiquan commune was established from Tongbei commune. Origin of town name
According to legend, during the Xianfeng Period of the Qing Dynasty (1851-1861), the people's Government of the town was still a small village with about 10 families, named Huxi village. During the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, there was a war here. A general surnamed Hua was defeated and died. The local people buried him under the Fenshui pier, which was covered with big stones. Because there was a spring with thick thumb beside the village, it was named Shiquan.
History of construction
Shiquan town in the Tang Dynasty is a town of virtue. In the early Ming Dynasty, it belonged to the Jiudu District of Dezheng Township, and after the ninth year of Wanli (1581), it belonged to the Jiudu district. In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Tongyuan district and Shendang district. Shiquan town was established in 1932, Shiquan town and niwang town in 1934 and Shiquan town in October 1946. It was changed into Shiquan township at the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China. In April 1950, it was divided into Shiquan and Zhangding townships. In March 1956, it was restored to Shiquan township. In October 1958, it belonged to Tongyuan and Ercheng communes. In May 1961, it belonged to Shiquan and Ercheng communes. In April 1965, it became Shiquan commune.

The town comprehensive archives was built in July 1989. After years of hard work, 2250 volumes of archives are now stored. The archives can be traced back to 1961. Shibeizi project
Shibeizi project is a key project of agricultural comprehensive development in Sichuan Province. It was started in 1997 and completed in 1998. Rural telecommunication industry

Yifangmingcun
Xinqiao village is located in the west of Shiquan Town, bordered by Changshan River and 1 km away from Shanghai Hangzhou East West Avenue. There are 15 Contract groups in the village, with an area of 2251 mu of cultivated land. Now, Xinqiao village insists on taking economic construction as the center, seizing the opportunity to develop "one excellent and two high" agriculture, and establishes Xinqiao egg base of Cailanzi project in Haiyan County. In 1998, the annual output value of egg production and marketing was 1.2 million yuan, which promoted the development of poultry industry in the whole village. In 1998, the total industrial output value of the village reached 10 million yuan.
