Chuangye Township, subordinate to Huachuan County, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Huachuan County and the South Bank of the lower reaches of Songhua River. It borders Yuelai town and Sujiadian town in the East, Jixian County in the south, Xinghuo Korean Township in the West and Songhua River in the north. The administrative area of Chuangye township is 134 square kilometers.
The second year of Xuantong (1910) of Qing Dynasty belongs to the District of Limin. In 1930, Yumin township was established, and later it was the first district of Huachuan County. In the early days of the Japanese occupation, Northeast China belonged to Sujiadian town. In July 1950, it belongs to zone 5 and 6. In April 1956, Lala Street Township was established. In March 1972, it was renamed entrepreneurial commune. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. At the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the entrepreneurial village was 18794. As of October 2019, Chuangye township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Lala street village.
