Shuangfeng town belongs to Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province. Shuangfeng town is located in the west of Tieli City, adjacent to Wangyang Township in the East, Tonghe County of Harbin City in the south, Anbang River and Hulan River in the West and Hulan River in the north, and Qingan County of Suihua City across the river. In 1932, Ping An Bao was established. In 1943, Qing'an and Tieli merged and established the puppet Tian Sheng Village office.
