Xinmin village belongs to Guanting Town, Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. It is located in the west of Guanting Town, adjacent to 312 National Highway in the south, with a land area of 8.64 square kilometers and cultivated land area of more than 4000 mu. It has jurisdiction over 26 villager groups, 620 households and a total population of 2780.
