Established in April 1979, the cultural community is located in the old urban area of Haizhou. It is a prosperous commercial area in Haizhou, with Xingfu middle road in the East, Xinjian middle road in the south, xidaling road in the West and Yudai River in the north. The community covers an area of 0.814 square kilometers, with a residential building area of 135714 square meters and a public area of 14565 square meters. There are Baoli commercial street, jiadefu supermarket, building materials market, large flower market, Jiangsu Xinhai Power Generation Co., Ltd., Bank of China, Bank of Jiangsu, Agricultural Bank of China, Lianyungang art school, Haizhou second experimental primary school, Haizhou fire brigade, etc., with 1296 permanent residents, 3637 permanent residents and 109 Party members. For the purpose of convenience, benefit and affinity, the community has established various mass organizations such as disabled people's Association, elderly association, Family Planning Association, community sports team and community volunteer service team to provide meticulous and thoughtful services for the majority of community residents in the aspects of difficulties relief, medical care, law popularization and rights protection, and sports activities.
