Chahanwusu town
Chahanwusu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dulan County, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the east of Dulan County, adjacent to Reshui Township in the southeast, Balong Township in the southwest, Zongjia town in the West and xiariha town in the north. The administrative area is 107 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 16646. As of October 2019, Chahanwusu town has 4 communities and 21 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Chahanwusu town was 5745 yuan. In 2018, there were 31 industrial enterprises in Chahanwusu town.
History of construction
In 1949, Chahan Wusu township was established.
In 1958, it was renamed Chahanwusu town.
In 1959, Chahanwusu commune was established.
In 1968, it governed five communes: Xitai, Shangzhuang, dongshangen, xiatan and Xihetan.
In November 1968, Chahanwusu town was renamed Chahanwusu commune, and its subordinate commune was renamed production brigade.
In 1980, Chahanwusu town was restored and coexisted with Chahanwusu commune.
In 1984, Chahanwusu commune was renamed Chahanwusu Township, and its subordinate production brigade was also renamed villagers' committee, which governs eight villagers' committees.
In 1985, Chahanwusu town and Chahanwusu Township were merged into Chahanwusu town.
In 1990, there were 15 villagers' committees under its jurisdiction.
