With Jiang'an River as the boundary, Hongxing community is adjacent to Qili Village in the East, Weixing community in the south, XieHua village in the West and Qingyou village in the north. It covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers, governs 8 resident groups and has a population of 2259 (including Nanyue Miaochang town).
