Xinle Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hulin City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the middle of Hulin City, adjacent to Weiguang Township in the East, Hulin town in the south, Baodong town in the West and Yingchun town in the north. The administrative area is 162.73 square kilometers.

History of construction
In 1951, Xinle commune was set up, under the jurisdiction of 9 brigades.
In October 1958, gaixinle branch was a farm in Hulin county.
In March 1962, Xinle commune was established.
In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
