In the early years of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Luobei County, known as "hujiapachangzi".

In the early years of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Luobei County, known as "hujiapachangzi". In 1917, it was under the jurisdiction of Suidong Administrative Bureau. In January 1929, it was transferred to Suibin county. After the fall of Northeast China, Chen Dafan came here in 1933 to carry out Anti Japanese activities and renamed Zhongxing town. In 1939, it was renamed zhongxingtun, belonging to Jixian village. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, it was subordinate to Jixian district. In June 1949, it was put under the jurisdiction of Fujin county. In April 1956, the village was divided into townships under the jurisdiction of Jixian township. In September 1958, he was incorporated into Heilongjiang People's Commune and later incorporated into the farm. In 1962, Chang she was separated and belonged to Jixian commune (later called Zhongren commune). In 1964, it returned to Suibin county. In April 1966, Zhongren commune was set up.
