Fengle town, subordinate to Minle County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Minle County, bordering on Shunhua Township in the East, Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve in the south, Xintian town in the West and Liuba town in the north. It covers an area of 105.13 square kilometers. In 2018, 15039 people registered residence in Fung Le town.
In 1929, it belonged to Honghai Township, Minle county. In November 1983, it was changed to fengle township. In 2017, the township was replaced by township. As of June 2020, fengle town has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the people's Government of fengle town is located in zhangman village.

Historical evolution
In 1743, it belonged to dongle county.
In 1929, it belonged to Honghai Township, Minle county.
In October 1949, it belonged to Honghai district.
In 1952, it was assigned to Shunhua district.
In 1956, fengle township was established after the district was withdrawn and the township was merged.
In 1958, it merged with Shunhua Township and set up Hongqi commune. In the same year, Minle and Shandan counties merged and then merged with Shunhua, Xintian, nangu and Yangfang communes to form fengle commune.
In November 1983, it was changed to fengle township.
In 2017, the township was replaced by township.
