Linjiang Township
Linjiang township is under the jurisdiction of Shuangcheng district. It is located in the northwest of the District, adjacent to the Songhua River in the northwest, and across the river from Zhaodong city. The township government is 38 kilometers away from the urban area. Linjiang township was the Fourth District of Shuangcheng County in the period of the Republic of China. In the late period of northeast occupied by Japanese, Guochang village was set up. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, it was divided into the Tenth District at the end of the same year, changed to Linjiang District in December 1948, and then changed to the Tenth District. In March 1956, Linjiang township was set up. In September 1958, it was renamed Linjiang people's commune. In the spring of 1984, it was changed to Linjiang township.

The total area of the township is 153.82 square kilometers, with 70600 mu of arable land.
