On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in six counties (cities), including Xichang City (cfzm [2019] No. 18): the administrative areas of groups 3 and 5 of Sunzi village, Huajiao village and Daliang village in Daogu Township were put under the jurisdiction of Xingfu Town, and the people's Government of Xingfu town was stationed at No. 27 Yuetang road. Xingfu town is a town established in Ningnan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province by withdrawing townships and establishing towns. With the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Ningnan County abolished Xingfu Township and established Xingfu Town, with the former administrative region of Xingfu township as the administrative region of Xingfu town.
