Yinpenling Street

Yinpenling street is located in the middle of Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is the seat of municipal Party committee and municipal government. It is located in the center of Yuelu District and the west end of Xiangjiang River north bridge.

Yinpenling street has 12 community neighborhood committees including Yinxing, Yinjian, Yintai, Yinhong, torch City, tongzipo, yingcaiyuan, Zhonglian, Linhai, tongpenhu, Yinqiao and yinshuang, and 2 administrative villages including yinpenling village and fujiazhou village, with an area of 7.99 square kilometers and a total population of 52994 (2010).

Yinpenling street has successively established two provincial civilized communities including yingcaiyuan community and four municipal civilized communities including Zhonglian science and Technology Park community, torch city community, tongzipo community and Yinhong community. Won the title of "national advanced sports community". It has been rated as the advanced unit of comprehensive management in the city for many times. The origin of the name

Yinpenling is located in today's Yuelu District, adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the East, zhoujiachong and Huangni River in the south, yinpenling village in the west, Zhangjiawan and datangzui in the north. It is said that the Xiang army led by Zeng Guofan of the Qing Dynasty once garrisoned on the ridge and built two barracks, so it is called yingpengling. After the rise of the revolutionary army, it was renamed yinpenling, corresponding to jinpenling in the south of the city. In 1972, yinpen road was built, starting from Fuwan town in the South and ending at Sanchaji in the north. This road is surrounded by silver basin and lion ridge, lion, Tanzi, Weijia, Sunjia, Tongzi and Shizhu.

There are four villager groups in the village, with 446 households and 1148 pure agricultural population, covering an area of 281.65 mu. Since 1992, the whole village has been designated as the red line of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government. Yinshuang community

As a new community, it is located on the first floor of Building 2, Lanting Duhui community, No. 120, yinshuang Road, yinpenling street, Yuelu District. It is adjacent to yinpen South Road in the East, tongzipo road in the south, Yuehua road in the West and Yuelu Avenue in the north.
