On January 12, 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of Puge county and other seven counties (cfzm [2021] No. 1): Huashan Township, Dongshan Township, luowugou Township, gantiandi Township and liujiaping Township were abolished and Huashan Town was established. The administrative area of Huashan Town is the former Huashan Township, the former Dongshan Township, the former luowugou Township and the former group 1 of abolo village, cailuo village and Waluo village in gantiandi Township, and the former group 1 to 2 of liujiaping village, Xinjian village, changhebian village and erhu village in liujiaping township. The people's Government of Huashan Town is located at No.1 Huafu Road, Lianhe village.

Evolution of organizational system

In 2021, Huashan Township, Dongshan Township, luowugou Township, gantiandi Township and liujiaping township will be abolished and Huashan Town will be established. The administrative area of Huashan Town is the former Huashan Township, the former Dongshan Township, the former luowugou Township and the former group 1 of abolo village, cailuo village and Waluo village in gantiandi Township, and the former group 1 to 2 of liujiaping village, Xinjian village, changhebian village and erhu village in liujiaping township.
