Jinhua Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Changbai Korean Autonomous County, Baishan City, Jilin Province, is located in the southeast of Changbai Korean Autonomous County, bordering malugou town in the East, Liangjiang road of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea across Yalu River in the south, and shishidaogou town in the west, with an administrative area of 94 square kilometers.
In 1912, it belonged to the second district; in 1948, it belonged to the first district, with banjiegou township; in July 1987, it was renamed Jinhua township. By the end of 2018, 2230 people registered residence in Jinhua. As of June 2020, Jinhua rural area has jurisdiction over six administrative villages.
