Shiyaozi Township, belonging to Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Chongli district. It is adjacent to Shizigou Township and Baiqi Township in the East, hongqiying Township in the south, yimatou Township across the mountain in the west, Zhangbei County in the north, 20.3km away from Chongli District People's government, with a total area of 143.99km2.
During the period of the Republic of China, shiyaozi Township belonged to the Second District of Zhangbei County; in 1984, shiyaozi commune was changed into shiyaozi township. By the end of 2018, registered residence in Shi Yao Zi Township was 8095. As of June 2020, shiyaozi township has 15 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in shiyaozi village.

History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, shiyaozi Township belonged to the Second District of Zhangbei County.
In 1949, it successively belonged to the second and sixth districts of Chongli county.
In 1958, it belonged to hongqiying commune.
In 1961, from the hongqiying commune, shiyaozi commune was established.
In 1984, shiyaozi commune was changed into shiyaozi township.

The Township People's government is stationed in shiyaozi village.
